My name is Samantha Athmann and this will be my fifth year teaching at Watkins Elementary as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. I live in Cold Spring with my husband, our one-year-old daughter, Avery, and our chocolate lab, Moose. I graduated from Saint Cloud State University with my masters in Early Childhood Special Education.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy playing with my daughter, being outdoors, spending time on and near the water, hiking, and reading. My husband plays amateur baseball, so most of our summers are spent at the baseball field. When I have free time and on the weekends, I spend a lot of time with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to a great school year!
