The Jazz Ensemble plays a different variety of music than the Senior Band.  The students perform music in swing, Latin, rock and blues styles.  Rehearsals are before school, usually on Thursday mornings.  It is open to any student in grades 9-12 who play the following instruments:  saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tuba, piano, bass guitar, electric guitar, or drum set.

This is a year long activity that performs at 2 concerts and also at the Sub-Region Jazz Festival.
