Sr High Band is open to any students in grades 9-12 who already know how to play their instrument.  It is a performing organization as well as a curricular class.  The band performs at concerts, solo and ensemble contests, large group contests, pep band appearances, Veteran's Day and Memorial Day programs throughout the year.  The band also takes a trip every 2 years.  Past destinations have included the Black Hills, St. Louis, Washington D.C., Chicago and New York.  To fund these trips, the band does various fund-raisers during the school year.
