Hello, my name is Mindy Blommer. I am a former graduate and Peer Tutor of EV-W. After leaving the area and working in business for several years, I returned to Eden Valley, in 1996, to help run the Peer Tutor program and eventually become the coordinator. I care about students and want them to feel successful.

The Peer Tutor program is a designated study hall where students come to receive one-on-one assistance with an emphasis on homework, organizational skills and better work ethics. We provide a supportive and positive atmosphere, promote achievement at the student's own pace, build self-esteem and strive for academic success. Students may be referred by parents, staff or by themselves. I want every student to feel like they are worthwhile, important and successful. 

In my personal life I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I enjoy camping, kayaking, antiquing and just enjoying life.
